email clients or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP can annoying and
significantly slowed down if you to have change hands between keyboard and mouse often
because you can not remember the wealth of keyboard shortcuts such system typically
offers. Here ACCESS kicks in: It allows you an easy visualisation of application specific
shortcuts (also called accelerators) and user defined keystroke combinations right on your
screen. The shortcut database can be modified / enhance on the fly. ACCESS sits in
background, monitors which application you are currently using and floats on top with the
appropriate shortcut list. For keyboard power users and/or mouse haters this can result in
<p><font face="Arial" size="2">If you want to modify a list, press Edit when this list is
displayed.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" size="2">On the left site of the screen you will find the title,
class and path of the currently active application displayed. You can now modify the
suggested default filter (title,class,path) and enter or edit your shortcut is on the
right. ACCESS does not create a shortcut list itself, rather it links a user created
shortcut list with an specific application (or even specific windows of an application)
using the set of three identifiers. Check the box in the colored lines if you want the
path,class or path to be suggested as the default option. Enter a "</font><font face="Arial" size="4"><strong> *</strong></font><font face="Arial" size="2"> " in a
field you do not want to use. </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" size="2">To create a completely new list, bring the application for
which you want to create the list in the foreground. ACCESS shows now an empty list. Now
simply press CREATE and proceed like in the case of modifying the list.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" size="2">With Cancel you can leave the edit screen without saving
your chances. Press Ok to save the changes and leave the screen. </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" size="2">Press Delete to delete the current list if this is what you

not start - what can I do ?</strong></font></p>

file and ACCESS will start with its default settings. </font></p>

shortcuts already listed in the program ?</strong></font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" size="2">A: 1. It is VERY easy for the user to add his/her own
shortcut list. That is actually the main purpose. ACCESS does not extract shortcuts from
programs, but links a user created list with a specific program and handles the display
and storage. If YOU created a clever list of shortcuts you can send it to us and we will
post it on our homepage to download. By sharing the access.csv file, you can share your
shortcut list !</font></p>
<p><font color="#800000" face="Arial" size="2"><strong>4 - Q: How do I find out what kind
of shortcuts my program supports ?</strong></font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" size="2">A: 1. Look in the menu </font></p>

keywords "shortcut" or "accelerators". This should turn out a fairly
complete list in most cases.</font></p>
